How long is the rental period?

The rental rate is for a one day event.  Rentals for events scheduled on a weekend will go out Saturday morning and be due back on Monday.  Please call for pricing on multi-day events.

What is included with the rental?

Along with the inflatable, the rental includes: a ground cover tarp, tie-down stakes, a sledge hammer, safety cones (to mark stakes), an electric blower, a 50 ft. electrical cord and operating instructions.

Is delivery, setup, and takedown included?

No.  These services are available for an additional fee; call for a quote.  Please note:  If your event occurs outside of our normal business hours, setup/takedown fees will be significantly higher.  

Can the ride be setup Saturday, and left outside until Monday?

No.  Inflatables must be taken down and stored in a dry area when not in use (over night) and whenever bad weather occurs.  We strive to keep our Inflatables in excellent condition.  In order to prevent the rides from exhibiting signs of mold, mildew and excessive wear, we require customers to make every effort to keep the rides dry. 

Is setup difficult?

No, it is certainly not rocket science, but it does require 2-4 people to maneuver the inflatable, due to the size and weight.  The smaller bounce rides weigh about 200 lbs., while the large Inflatables and slides can weigh up to 450 lbs.

Is there a deposit in addition to the rental?

We require a $100 cleaning deposit, per inflatable, prior to each rental.  This deposit is completely refundable when the ride is returned clean, dry, and on-time.  The deposit will be forfeited if these conditions are not met.  Additional cleaning charges may apply.  Do not spray 'silly string' near any inflatable, as cleaning is nearly impossible.

Does Cooke Rentals provide an operator?

No, our insurance does not allow us to provide operators for our Inflatables.  Please make arrangements for adult supervision at each ride.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations must be made in-person at one of our three locations.  The rental must be paid in full, in order to guarantee a reservation.  This deposit is non-refundable.  Prior to the original rental date, reservations may be rescheduled for another available date.
