The Partner K700 Active III is a further development of our gas-powered all-round cutter, the K700 Active, and is among the most active cutters in the world from several perspectives.
The revolutionary Active Air Filtration filter system and the robust design makes the machine uniquely durable and reliable. It is seldom out of action for servicing, being able to work actively for long periods of time.

Reliable strength and significantly less maintenance
Dust particles are a cutting machine’s worst enemies. These machines work in incredibly tough environments, where large quantities of dust clog filters and reduce engine power. This is where you suffer costs from downtime.
The unique Active Air Filtration system separates 80–90 % of the cutting dust from the intake air before it reaches the air filter. The second filter stage comprises a three-layer, oil-impregnated plastic foam filter, while a pleated paper makes up the final dust obstacle.
The unique system ensures that you retain a high output and reduce repair and maintenance costs.

SmartCarb™ – A powerful breakthrough
Partner has developed SmartCarb™, a carburetor with built-in filter compensation, to keep the air/fuel ratio constant even when the filter is clogged. This means that the engine power is retained and you do not need to adjust the carburetor manually or replace the filter before it is absolutely necessary. By integrating SmartCarb™ in the carburetor, we achieve an extremely robust and reliable design with no protruding vacuum hoses and no other external components that can come loose and cause problems.
SmartCarb™ can be viewed as the fourth stage in the Active Air Filtration system. Together, the systems produce maximum performance, lower maintenance costs and lower fuel consumption.

Thanks to its completely sealed filter system, the K700 Active is also easy to keep clean and the engine delivers a high power output for a long time, making the Partner K700 Active the most active 14" cutter in the world.

Dura Starter
The starter mechanism on a cutting machine is extremely exposed to dust and dirt. Partner has developed a completely sealed starter mechanism with a new sealing system which prevents dust from entering the mechanism’s sensitive parts. Dura Starter has also been provided with a stronger starter cord with greatly increased durability.

Decompression valve
The Easy Start decompression valve makes it easy to start the engine. It minimizes the power that is required to start the engine and reduces wear and strain on the starter mechanism. The valve is automatically closed at the first ignition.

Reversible cutting arm
The cutting arm can be turned quickly and easily, allowing the user to cut close to wall or the floor.

Automatic clutch bearing lubrication
One special function on Partner’s cutting machines is the automatic clutch bearing lubrication. As the bearing operates in a very dusty, dry and hot environment, it is exposed to heavy punishment. Automatic lubrication reduces the risk of the bearing seizure, and therefore entails increased reliability and reduced maintenance.

Enclosed transmission
The drive belt on all Partner’s petrol-powered cutters is totally enclosed – waterproof and dustproof. Enhanced belt life also means improved reliability and reduced service input.

Fuel filter with increased filtration capacity
The new filter with increased filtration capacity and a longer lifetime prevents cutting dust and other dirt from entering and obstructing the fuel supply.

Easily adjusted blade guard for quick adjustment
Our newly-developed, rubber-mounted blade guard makes work more efficient. The operator can adjust its angle quickly and easily while working, without having to stop.

Integrated water head kit
The K 650 Active III is equipped with a water head kit as standard. The flow of water is regulated conveniently with a valve on the front handle, and the water nozzles which apply the water onto the blade are optimally positioned.
